What is the offer?
(up to 23 kg each)
1 €10 service fee is applied by the travel agency responsible for reservations.
2 If the new ticket is more expensive than the original, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the new ticket is less expensive, the difference will not be refunded.
3 Travel can only be booked up to 12 months in advance. For stays longer than 12 months, you should therefore purchase one-way tickets.
4 For flights originating in Fort-de-France et Point-à-Pitre: this Air Canada offer includes 2 checked bags, free modification of the travel date (except the service fee assessed by the travel agency mentioned above). Modifications after the first one will incur the €10 agency fee and also a €100 fee billed by Air Canada.
5 A fee of up to €190 may be withheld by Air Canada. You must request a cancellation. If you do not present yourself at the boarding gate without notifying Air Canada, you will not qualify for reimbursement.

Hello, I have a question. Do you have the exact dimensions for checked baggage (2 x 25kg) for Air Canada? Thank you.
Hello,
It weighs 23 kg :). For the dimensions, you can contact Ulysse support if you have any questions :).
Hello, I’d like to book a flight from Paris to Calgary on April 14th, returning on October 10th, using the Working Holiday Visa offer, but I keep getting an error. It says “OOP” that there are no more tickets available for the round trip, but when I book a one-way ticket, there are tickets available for each date. I don’t understand where the error is coming from. Is there a phone number where I can contact you directly? Thank you.
Hello,
I just tested the same dates on my end, and everything works :). Either there’s a field filled in incorrectly, or I suggest you contact Ulysse support 🙂
Hi everyone,
I have a question about this great deal 😉
My girlfriend and I are planning to do a Working Holiday Visa in Canada at the end of the year (September), but we’re getting married in April. I’d like to know if it’s possible to change the passport number later on with this deal? After the wedding, she has an appointment to renew her passport, but the number and validity period will change then.
Would it be possible to change it at that time?
Thanks
Hello,
I advise you to contact Ulysse support so they don’t give you incorrect information 🙂
For those who might be wondering, here’s the answer from support:
It’s possible to change passport information (i.e., passport number and issue/expiry date) free of charge, but it’s not possible to change the booking name. Only travel documents can be modified.
Hello, do flight deals work for closed work permits?
Thank you very much
Hello,
Yes, absolutely 🙂
Hi everyone,
Quick question: Has anyone used the Air Canada offer with a permanent resident card (PRC)?
I know the offer is mainly for Working Holiday Visas/study permits, so I’m wondering if it would still work in this case.
The two checked bags aren’t the main issue for me, but the routes offered are really interesting and I can’t find them at the same prices anywhere else.
Thanks!
Hello, We’d like to bring our small dog with us. She weighs 8kg and just barely fits in her carrier bag, so we don’t want to put her in the hold. Has anyone used the Working Holiday Visa offer with a dog? I’ve read the instructions, but I’d like some real-life feedback. Also, I don’t see any direct flights to our desired destination. How was your layover with your dog in the cabin? Thanks in advance for your replies! Have a good day, and happy travels! 🙂
Hello,
This offer only seems to work for departures from France? That’s a shame for students making round trips from Montreal. Otherwise, we have to book a one-way ticket… Thank you for your reply!
Hello,
That’s right, from Canada you need to buy a one-way ticket :/
I arrived in Canada two weeks ago. I was able to take advantage of the great deal for my Working Holiday Visa, and honestly, having two large suitcases in the hold was a real luxury! Everything went smoothly from booking the flight with Ulysse to arriving in Montreal. Thank you!
