What is the offer?
(up to 23 kg each)
1 €10 service fee is applied by the travel agency responsible for reservations.
2 If the new ticket is more expensive than the original, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the new ticket is less expensive, the difference will not be refunded.
3 Travel can only be booked up to 12 months in advance. For stays longer than 12 months, you should therefore purchase one-way tickets.
4 For flights originating in Fort-de-France et Point-à-Pitre: this Air Canada offer includes 2 checked bags, free modification of the travel date (except the service fee assessed by the travel agency mentioned above). Modifications after the first one will incur the €10 agency fee and also a €100 fee billed by Air Canada.
5 A fee of up to €190 may be withheld by Air Canada. You must request a cancellation. If you do not present yourself at the boarding gate without notifying Air Canada, you will not qualify for reimbursement.

Hello! I have a question I haven’t seen addressed before… Is it possible to use this deal if I have an eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization, also known as a tourist permit)? I see “authorization to stay” in the conditions, but I don’t know what that actually entails.
Thanks!
Hello, I clicked on the link, tested it for several days, entered random dates in March, April, and May, and I haven’t received any results. Is this normal? I tried both round-trip and one-way flights, and I keep getting the message (“Oops. There are no flights available. There could be several reasons for this: There are no more seats available. The desired itinerary is not available. The route is not authorized. There are no flights available yet.”) I’m trying to find a round-trip flight from Paris to Toronto for March, but I’m having no luck. Thank you for your help. I’m available if you have any questions. Best regards.
Hello,
Are we eligible for this offer as our Working Holiday Visa expires and we return permanently to France?
A huge thank you for this great deal! It’s a real bargain to be allowed two suitcases and get such a low price for the airline and the included services. I highly recommend it!
Hello,
We would like to book our tickets for July 2026. We are two friends, but only one of us currently has a Working Holiday Visa. Can we still book our tickets together using the link?
Thank you for your reply.
Hi Marie! Technically speaking, yes, you can add two people to your booking, but afterwards, you have to prove you’re eligible for this deal by emailing your Working Holiday Visa acceptance letter to the company. So your girlfriend will be stuck at the next step. In any case, it’s always best to wait until you have your official document before booking anything (advice from a fellow Working Holiday Visa holder??).
