During your job search, it may be helpful to show them the text of the agreement, which states that “Les ressortissants canadiens bénéficiant du présent accord seront exemptés de l’obligation d’obtenir un permis de travail“, which translates to “Canadian citizens benefiting from this agreement are exempt from the requirement to obtain a work permit.”
Can you study in Belgium on a Working Holiday Visa?
You may enrol in a study or training program during your stay. However, the total duration must not exceed 3 months.
Can you leave Belgium during your Working Holiday?
Yes, you may leave Belgium to visit other countries or return to Canada and then come back to Belgium as many times as you wish during the validity of your Working Holiday Visa.
