1 €10 service fee is applied by the travel agency responsible for reservations.
2 If the new ticket is more expensive than the original, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the new ticket is less expensive, the difference will not be refunded.
3 Travel can only be booked up to 12 months in advance. For stays longer than 12 months, you should therefore purchase one-way tickets.
4 For flights originating in Fort-de-France et Point-à-Pitre: this Air Canada offer includes 2 checked bags, free modification of the travel date (except the service fee assessed by the travel agency mentioned above). Modifications after the first one will incur the €10 agency fee and also a €100 fee billed by Air Canada.
5 A fee of up to €190 may be withheld by Air Canada. You must request a cancellation. If you do not present yourself at the boarding gate without notifying Air Canada, you will not qualify for reimbursement.

IMPORTANT - Child-fare flights do not qualify for this offer.
- If your flight departs from Mainland France, your child can have one checked bag.
- If your flight departs from the Antilles, your child does not have any checked baggage allowance.
How to claim this offer
- To claim this offer, you must choose a flight operated by Air Canada. You will see a mention of “Included in the flight - 2x checked bags”.
- If you have already booked your Air Canada flight elsewhere, you cannot retroactively apply this special offer onto your existing booking.
- If you want to add a 3rd bag, you can only do so at the airport. This offer is valid for departures until 31 December 2025, but this offer is regularly renewed.
- If you want to travel with a pet, you must contact Ulysse travel agency via email at [email protected] prior to booking to inform them of your situation.
- Air Canada has daily flights between France and 51 Canadian destinations, with Montreal and Toronto as connecting cities. They operate daily direct flights between Paris-Montreal and Paris-Montreal.
- Up to 5 times per week, Air Canada operates direct flights between Toulouse and Montreal.
- Up to 4 times per week, Air Canada operates flights between Lyon and Montreal.
- Between May and October, Air Canada also offers seasonal direct flights between Nice and Montreal up to 5 times per week.

I am in the same situation as Marjorie. I know that it is possible to change passport numbers (for free) but this is only done during registration? Or can Ulysse do it a few months before departure? Can you tell us more please?
Perfect, I ordered my ticket online (around €290 one way with 2 pieces of 23kg checked baggage). I contacted Ulysse 24 hours before my departure to give them my letter of introduction number and they were very responsive and took it into account. No proof required during the stay, I was able to check in my 2 pieces of baggage as a classic travel bag without any additional costs.
Hi, did you send your Letter of Introduction to the company for your flight? Because Ulysse told me to send it to Air Canada and not to them, I don’t understand (and the Air Canada email doesn’t work)

My friend and I bought our two tickets at a preferential price through this site. Everything was perfect, we both had our two suitcases checked in, no supporting documents required. I also brought my cat with me as cabin baggage. Ulysse took care of everything for his check-in. Very good partnership. ✈️
It’s perfect, I left in February 2023 and I was able to take full advantage of my 2 suitcases, each weighing 23kg maximum. For a total price of €240 one way, it’s the best price I could find on the market. Good to know, you won’t be able to choose a seat with Ulysse, but if you want, after buying your ticket via Ulysse, go to Air Canada to reserve a specific seat. 24 hours before, the choice of seat becomes free.
Great deal, I was able to benefit from the 2 suitcases in the hold free of charge.
No proof was asked of me at the airport.

Great deal! The Ulysse team was super responsive, and indeed they don’t give the ticket but a reservation number. But with the latter you can retrieve the boarding pass directly in the Air Canada app before the departure date. You just have to send a copy of your invitation letter to Air Canada in advance to justify the reduction. And it also works for temporary work permits other than PVT, which is my case. Everything went well with Air Canada, no problem with delays or suitcases. There were two of us, with a small dog in addition in the cabin, and with 4 suitcases in the hold, 1 cabin bag and each their own backpack, and everything went smoothly! The price was also great, less than €450 in total (ticket purchased in July 2022 for a departure at the end of August) with the extension with AC to choose the seat near the person accompanying me. So a big thank you to PVTistes.net and Ulysse, I recommend 100% 🙂
