What’s Maururu Services?

Carolina Salinas is Chilean. In 2019, she travelled all the way to France from her Pacific island home, Rapa Nui. 

She started working in the tourism industry at the Résidence Fleurs d’Aubrac, a holiday village in southern France. She quickly realized the industry was facing a labour shortage, so she created her own company, Maururu Services, to help employers find and select candidates.

What kind of positions are available?

• Waiter, bartender, kitchen assistant, cleaning staff, receptionist, baggage handler, etc.
• Term positions (CDD) or permanent positions (CDI).
• At least 35 hours a week.
• Net monthly salary from €1,380.
• Accommodation included, depending on the contract.
• Meals provided on working days.
