Modifying or cancelling your appointment

You can modify or cancel your appointment until 24 hours prior to it. Go to HiKorea and click on Reserve Visit.

Then click on “Reserve visit status (non-member)”.

Click on “Identify verification using passport number” and fill in the requested fields.

You will see the details of your current reservation.

When you click on your appointment, you will be shown a summary of it. Then you can click on edit or cancel.

The password is the one that you had defined when you first requested the appointment. It is 4 digits.
