There are many similarities with the WHV application process. The biggest difference is that the 3A visa requires a job contract. It must be a fixed term contract (CDD).

The OFII form

Once in France, you must mail your OFII form to the OFII office responsible for your place of residence (presumed or actual) in France. Afterward, you will receive an appointment for a medical visit.
