Age requirement:
- 18-30 years old, inclusive. Unless otherwise stated, you can apply for the WHV up until the day before your 31th birthday.
Appointment information (official source):
- Visa applications are received by appointment with the French Embassy in Chile, the only authority authorized to make decisions on visas.
Medical certificate and background check required?
- Yes
Other information:
- In 2023, there was a quota of 400 WHV visas available to Chilean citizens (source: Embassy of France in Chile). That cap was reached.
