Age requirement:
- 18-30 years old, inclusive. Unless otherwise stated, you can apply for the WHV up until the day before your 31th birthday.
Appointment information:
- Visas are issued by the Embassy of France in Brazil and the Consulates General of France in Sao Paulo, in Rio de Janeiro, and in Recife. Applicants must present proof of residence in Brazil during their visa submission appointment (official source).
