Respect of deadlines and very easy to use.

I did not have the correct address or the correct procedure to send my reimbursement request because it had changed without my being informed.
It was emailed to me and everything was clear.
I filled out my online refund request directly and send all the documents as an attachment.
The reimbursement on my Canadian account took a little time but almost all was transferred, without large bank charges.

The online refund request takes approximately 5 minutes, if you have already scanned the requested documents.
The reimbursement takes place fairly quickly (on average, a good ten days).
For my part, after only two uses of Globe PVT services, I am very satisfied!

Reimbursement for emergency dental costs. The amount reimbursed is quite low because only 300E and dental care is very expensive here in Canada, but the contact with Globe PVT as well as the reimbursement was efficient and quick.

I have already made 2 requests. I like the fact that it is possible online, it is simpler and faster.
However, what is reimbursed and what is not is not always clear. For example my splint was not reimbursed to me, but I had no explanation why.

I returned to France because my grandmother unfortunately left. In a panic, I simply bought the first round trip ticket without first checking my insurance. She still agreed to reimburse me.
Subsequently, I had medical problems. Again, all costs are reimbursed, without discussion.
The online procedure is simple but can be a bit repetitive. Maybe it will be simpler if the site could save certain documents like the passport or our visas. So we would only have to attach our prescriptions and doctor’s bill.

In any case, I am very happy with this insurance.
