I appreciate being reimbursed for my medical expenses even when I return to France for vacation. The online form is very simple to fill out and reimbursements are made quickly.

Good points :
– process feasible online
– speed of repayment
– staff reactivity in the event of surgery.
Improvement points :
– Duplicate in the requested documents. Each reimbursement request should not require downloading the same documents (plane ticket, passport, visa …),
– communication to be optimized between the different acs and mutuaide organizations. I was called by several people the same day to ask me the same thing. A doctor also called me to access documents I had already sent.

Fast and efficient service.

The reimbursement requests are simple but I was not reimbursed because the osteopathic costs are not taken into account

The refund process is very simple. Whether it is the procedures on the internet or the procedures by mail for the higher amounts.
