Improvement points :
– Duplicate in the requested documents. Each reimbursement request should not require downloading the same documents (plane ticket, passport, visa …),
– communication to be optimized between the different acs and mutuaide organizations. I was called by several people the same day to ask me the same thing. A doctor also called me to access documents I had already sent.

The reimbursement requests are simple but I was not reimbursed because the osteopathic costs are not taken into account
