It’s just a little annoying to have to take the copy of the Passport each time.

In a dream world: We would just need to send a copy of the Passport and other supporting documents once and for each reimbursement request, we would just need to send the treatment sheet.

Respect of deadlines and very easy to use.

I did not have the correct address or the correct procedure to send my reimbursement request because it had changed without my being informed.
It was emailed to me and everything was clear.
I filled out my online refund request directly and send all the documents as an attachment.
The reimbursement on my Canadian account took a little time but almost all was transferred, without large bank charges.
