Interviews with Working Holiday Makers
Since 2005, pvtistes.net has been dedicated to sharing the various experiences lived during a Working Holiday Visa (WHV) through stories and interviews. With this project, we wanted to give a central place to the voices of working holiday participants, showing that there are as many different WHVs as there are working holiday makers.
To do this, we conducted interviews over several months with about thirty of them, who agreed to share their life journeys, their doubts, their regrets, their discoveries, their moments of happiness, and many anecdotes – in short, everything that makes up a WHV!
We were truly moved by everyone who agreed to take part in this project, and we hope you will be as well!

It brought me closer to people and their needs
This made me want to find out about other destinations that I hadn’t considered. I’m planning to go to NZ and it was very interesting to read about something different, especially people in Japan, Taiwan, etc. These destinations seemed inaccessible to me because of the language in particular, and finally I realize thanks to the testimonies that this is not necessarily the case. It gives confidence.
Answers to everyday questions
The big plus is that at the beginning of each chapter, we find the “important” information: Location, solo/duo, duration, several PVTs…
Information on the documents required upon arrival at the airport.
Explanations regarding insurance, etc.
Of course, I myself am leaving for Canada, this allows me to answer certain questions.
He informed me about the different visas
Getting to know Australia more and more.
