I opened my account at Desjardins, to transfer my funds before my arrival, but impossible to make the transfer of funds, because they require an international transfer, while I was gradually transferring to my cousin’s account who is in Montreal, to save for my stay. My cousin tried to make the transfer to my Desjardins account impossible. It’s really stressful, because I’m traveling on August 15 in 1 and a few weeks, knowing we have to show the account statement at the airport.

I strongly advise against this bank, I have not even been with them for a week and I have called customer service at least 10 times for problems, I went to the branch twice, the day I had my apartment I had to make an interrac transfer to be able to have the keys, surprise Desjardins had blocked my account.. only repeated problems, blocking of cards, account, interrac profile, I’m already fed up.. I still want to note the kindness and availability of the advisers but plan to close as soon as possible… time-consuming
