Impeccable!

The refund process is long, but filing items online is very simple!
Only one small flat: at the time of my registration a year ago, it was specified that the doctor should not provide a report (which weighed on my choice of insurance). When I last reimbursed, I was told that if I did not include a report for my next request I would not receive a refund. If you change the rules in the meantime, a little email to inform your subscribers would be really appreciated!

Refund request processed quickly. The only difficult point to answer in the request is regarding the diagnosis when it has not yet been made by the doctor.

It would be really good if the reimbursement was faster …. but hey I imagine that each reimbursement takes time.

Point to improve: time (reimbursements were processed more than 10 days after my request)

I lost a composite after a meal. I directly called the insurance who answered me immediately and gave the procedure to follow. They informed me of the authorized amount and I made an appointment with a dentist. I advanced the fees and got my refund pretty quickly.

I am very happy with the management of my file 🙂
