I wanted to leave a note here to thank the teams of Globe PVT, very quick and very clear in their response. If you go on an adventure like me without real certainty, they really make your life easier.

Super nice and efficient communication, very efficient reimbursement method, I was able to get treatment without being worried 🙂

The procedure was very simple to perform and very well explained.

For the moment I only had to use the reimbursement once during my pvt in Australia and I am satisfied with Globe PVT. Returns are fast, reimbursement requests too, online forms are quick and easy to fill, efficient and friendly contacts!

The platform is instictive and I have not encountered any difficulty in making my reimbursement request. Each step is well detailed. I provided the requested documents even if I did not have the entire list (pharmacy ticket supported by my mutual), I received a confirmation email and with an estimated processing time of one week and indeed after a few working days I received my refund. The amount did not correspond to the exact amount but I understand that the exchange rate could have an impact, I did not expect it, but I will know it for the next time!

I liked the follow-up of the doctors, their listening, their availability, their advice and taking seriously.

Very simple process and response in two weeks, but I really don’t understand why non-prescription drugs are not reimbursed …

I was more than pleasantly surprised by the return of insurance. The overall service was far above my expectations. Clear, quick answers. Staff very attentive and friendly. Simplicity of procedures. It’s more than perfect. Excellent insurance, I highly recommend and thank all the people who worked on my file. I’m leaving next year for a trip, I already know where I’m going to be insured!

Used only once at the end of my WHV, the online refund request process is very efficient. Quick refund in less than 2 weeks. I did not have the need to provide an English version (PVT Taiwan) of the doctor’s order which is rather pleasant and avoids the additional costs of obtaining this version.

What would you change in the refund process?
Add a note on the fact that it is not necessary to obtain an English version for a doctor’s prescription (at least Taiwan in my case, to see for other non-English speaking countries). I do not know if this is the case for all types of documents and sums.

Having seen this information nowhere, I had to contact customer service to find out.

I would like to thank Globe PVT for their responsiveness, their professionalism and their kindness!

If you want to know I asked if our pvt insurance that we took for Canada works in the United States, well the answer is yes, of course the reimbursement amount is different but we are still covered, we can leave reassured!
