The online form to fill out is a bit long especially if the network is not excellent but the process is simple and the reimbursement is quick. I received the funds in my French bank account within the month. Thank you very much for your response.

Quick response, reimbursement a little longer but there were holidays in the middle 🙂

I found the platform ergonomic and fairly easy to use, however there are many fields to fill in, that is understandable but certain fields should not be required for each refund request if they are already filled in during the first . This would save time.

I did not find an online form to be filled out by the doctor, apart from that it would be more practical and less restrictive for obtaining consultation reports.
Once my request was sent the processing was done fairly quickly, I am generally satisfied with the process.

Simple and efficient reimbursement process. However, I had a small problem receiving the refund, but the De Globe team reacted very quickly. I am very satisfied.

The procedures for fees below $ 500 online are very simple and quick. It is a really effective system. I just find the reimbursement a little long (more than two weeks between the email confirming the assumption of costs and reimbursement).
