I have been traveling with Globe PVT for 3 years now and I am very satisfied with their service.
Alus 6 months ago I had health problems which were prolonged after an interruption of my contract, it is a little complicated but in short ACS could not have paid. It worried me and started to question the duration of my WHV in Australia …
Fortunately after explaining my situation by email I found understanding and efficient interlocutors who arranged the situation.

Simple declaration process, rather long reimbursement.

I really recommend. They were responsive, attentive and reimbursement was made in 3 weeks

Waiting a bit long before hearing from my reimbursement file but since it was a small sum it was not a problem.
However, requesting reimbursement online is very practical, quick and easy!

I join all the HAPPY here who have been unlucky enough to be sick or injured! but happy, very well supported and reimbursed! I am therefore very satisfied with my experience, efficient, fast and available. A big up to Sandra, super available (even on weekends) despite the lag sometimes! Always attentive and kind to help! And it is reassuring in all these steps that can accumulate here! It is therefore a business that runs and that I recommend without problem. Nice positive experience in health difficulties ..
