They reimburse without problems but they are long … almost a month (after a reminder) to reimburse when they announce a deadline of one week …

I was surprised to go through the pvtistes site to be reimbursed.
But the end is the same so no worries.

I like globe pvt it is a very good insurance that I recommend regularly.

Clear and intuitive platform. If I really have to say something, the reimbursement took a month. I think this can be improved.

First of all, Globe PVT has very advantageous prices, covers a lot of things and has a very good reputation.
I have a quick answer to my questions if I compare to other services and the reimbursement is always on time.

The online form to fill out is a bit long especially if the network is not excellent but the process is simple and the reimbursement is quick. I received the funds in my French bank account within the month. Thank you very much for your response.

Quick response, reimbursement a little longer but there were holidays in the middle 🙂

I found the platform ergonomic and fairly easy to use, however there are many fields to fill in, that is understandable but certain fields should not be required for each refund request if they are already filled in during the first . This would save time.

I did not find an online form to be filled out by the doctor, apart from that it would be more practical and less restrictive for obtaining consultation reports.
Once my request was sent the processing was done fairly quickly, I am generally satisfied with the process.
