A few complications with the online reimbursement request, due to my particular situation, but the Globe PVT team did everything to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Make it clear when subscribing that you must keep proof of the date of arrival in the country (visa, plane ticket …).

It was not easy at the start to find the link and the amount reimbursed is different from that of ACS. So we are a little confused.
Once the link is found, it is easy to fill out the online form. Thank you !
