No problem on the reimbursement process however having to provide all the supporting documents for each request is a bit heavy

I think that there is a possible improvement in the form to fill in online to request a refund.
We could save our documents once (passport, passport page with stamp, visa) so that we do not have to attach them again to each request.

With the new online platform for reimbursement requests, it is fast efficient and much simpler than sending a paper file, especially from abroad. I went to the emergency room in Taiwan for a dislocation of the big toe, after sending the file the reimbursement was made within 15 days.
