The reimbursement of my visit to the dentist (for a cavity to “plumb”) during a pvt in Australia was done really simply, online, by following the steps. The only slightly more “complicated” aspect concerns the photos of various documents, notably the plane ticket arriving in Australia. Fortunately I had kept my boarding pass, but I didn’t know I would need it! Otherwise, it’s really easy 🙂 The reimbursement took a few weeks to arrive (3 or 4 I think), but I did receive the confirmation emails and apart from waiting a little, I didn’t have to do anything more and the amount corresponded well to what I had paid.

I made my request for reimbursement online on October 5, a confirmation of reimbursement of my costs was sent to me on October 16 and I received my reimbursement on October 24 on my New Zealand bank account.
I appreciate the speed and ease of the online form, as well as the responsiveness of Sharone via the messaging of the pvtistes site 🙂
