Globe PVT is responsive and responds to emails when questions are asked about the costs paid or not paid by the organization, depending on the case. By providing all the requested proofs, reimbursement is made within 2 weeks maximum for amounts of less than 500 euros since the file can be sent digitally. There are still small costs, I did not have large hospital costs, but in any case, I am very satisfied with the reimbursement request process which is very very fast and efficient.
