Good evening;

I can’t be in the right place because it is not a testimony but a question! Dsl. ??
I plan to go to Mexico next June.
When you talk about the guaranteed repatriation in the event of death in the family. Is it all related?
I have an uncle who is very sick …

Living in the Paris region, can I come directly to get the documents for the consulate?

Thank you
Good night

Hello Laura,
Thank you for your message. The early return guarantee in the event of the death of a family member works for the immediate family (father, mother, brother, sister, grandparent).
Yes of course, it is possible to go directly to our premises open from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
I remain available

I add a little comment if people like me have a chronic pathology, things go quickly:
mail to the doctor on January 10 to explain my pathology in detail. On January 12, he confirms to me that I can subscribe to the insurance contract and he sends me the certificate concerning the exclusion of costs related to my pathology to be completed, signed, and scanned. From that moment on, you can subscribe without any problem. I proceeded and paid for my membership yesterday on the 14th and sent him the exclusion certificate by email with my membership number. This morning even if everything was ok it still reassures: ultimate confirmation from the doctor by email, I’m covered! And I’m leaving tomorrow January 16! So it goes quickly, very good follow-up, .. me who does things a little at the last moment!

Hey, a little message to thank Sharone because I harass her a lot in private message and in addition to being super responsive, she is very precise in her responses. It’s nice
I had already gone through Globe PVT in 2012 for my first PVT and I had my refunds very quickly!

5 stars without hesitation for Sharone who is very professional and responsive! (5 stars also for the support page (and its members) which is very useful)
I put however 3 stars because I did not appreciate the exchange with the person of ACS with categorical refusals on a document of which I was not responsible for the format. I chose ACS / Globe because it says “Travel specialist”, I am a little disappointed, accidents are not always easy to live morally and financially.
It was my first request for reimbursement, I am sure that the next one will be carefree even if I do not want a new medical problem 🙂

I wanted to thank Sandra for her availability and of course the whole Globe PVT team for supporting us within a very short time.

Indeed, my cousin recently broke his nose, the same evening a message sent to Sandra to explain the situation.

The next day a clear and reassuring answer containing the total taking of medical expenses and a follow-up of health assured by telephone.

I must say that by going through the forum, all the procedures are simplified, the contact is imminent and dealt with quickly.

Finally we could see what is the true meaning of the word insurance associated with exemplary assistance!

Thank you very much for this support!

JB

I would like to thank Globe PVT here for the quality of its service, and more particularly Sandra for her availability, kindness, and for the quality of her responses.

In November I broke my right collarbone following a common bicycle accident. Between radios, doctor consultations etc … the costs were quickly accumulated and I saw my Canadian bank account decrease from day to day …

To the pain of the injury and the frustration of being assisted in the least of my movements (immobilized right arm) was added the worry of having to pay all these bills and wonder how I was going to get out financially to be able to continue my WHP …

Fortunately I had subscribed to Globe PVT before leaving. I am not disappointed, quite the contrary. Having an a priori negative on insurance companies I told myself that as usual there would be a clause which means that I cannot be reimbursed …

The truth is that Sandra always knew how to answer my questions very precisely and very quickly. I was quickly reassured about the quality of GP support. I must admit that knowing that you can count on your insurance when you have to manage a daily life that is not obvious after an accident, that makes things easier. At least the financial worry disappears and we can focus on the most important, recovery.

Here today, two weeks after sending all my invoices to Globe PVT, I just received the refund on my French account.

The injury is only a distant memory and with the confirmation of reimbursement the chapter is now closed!

THANKS Globe PVT !! I hope not to have to call on their services any more but if I have the slightest glitch in the future, do not worry I know that I am in good hands;)

Hello (or rather Good evening) to all. First of all, please excuse me friends modos if I misplaced this discussion

Here, following Mathieu’s advice, I post here a little feedback after having seen the Globe PVT work.

First, let’s put the context. I left in PVT for Canada on February 1, 2010. I spent most of the time in Montreal.

In the spring, on a beautiful afternoon, I had the misfortune to make a false movement … At the time, not too painful, but the next day, impossible to get up. intense pain paralyzes me … My back is blocked. I send my roommate to buy me some anti-inflammatory drugs at the nearest pharmacy. These will have been of no help.

Later, in the afternoon, seeing that the pain does not go away, I start to read the Globe PVT contract to see a little bit about how to proceed in the event of hospitalization.

A telephone number is made available to us (number valid for all of North America, it seems to me). So I decide to call.

I then come across a counselor, very courteous and kind who advises me on the procedures. So you just have to call them to warn them that you are going to be hospitalized by explaining the situation a little (for cases of extreme emergency, I do not think that it is necessary to prevent them).

So I then went to the nearest hospital (Hôtel-Dieu in Montreal) in the “emergency” department. On site, I am asked in the first place to fill out a small form with some personal information and to provide a check in the amount of approximately CAD $ 780.

And yes it is expensive to get treatment in Canada without social security! I run check and made me “quickly” (1 hour wait anyway – always better than in France) take care.

Appraisal: Sprain of the Trapeze. So let’s go for Morphine in muscle relaxants and relaxants. (CAD $ 50 from Médocs).

When I returned from the hospital, after buying the drugs and therefore advancing the money for a total of about $ 830, I called the Globe PVT again and came across the same advisor I had had online earlier. I therefore explain the situation to him and therefore give me the information relating to the reimbursement. It’s very simple, you just have to send the hospital bills and medicines (accompanied by the doctor’s prescription) to their offices.

A week later (barely), my account in France was credited with the total amount of costs, converted into Euro.

So all that to say that the Globe PVT that Roxx, even the safety is not as fast AHAHA!

In short, I hope that this small contribution will allow those who are planning their trip to get an idea.

PS: Hôtel Dieu is a public hospital, it seems, according to some friends I had there, that private clinics are cheaper. To take into account if you are not between life and death, because the advance of times it hurts even if you are quickly reimbursed …

Good PVT to All!

I returned from Canada by express to France on October 6. My grandmother had just died. I contacted my insurance (Globe PVT), which already had a file concerning me (the story had already started last July).
They were able to find me a return flight when leaving at midnight. I paid absolutely nothing. Besides, I’m leaving tomorrow (I have chosen my return date. FYI, we are entitled to 21 days).
