Regarding the reimbursement process: I found the form relatively simple to complete, quick and practical.
The refund took just over 7 days although my documents were all in Korean. Very satisfied with this service!

I find that the reimbursements are quite long between the processing of the file and the reimbursement to an account abroad. Because sometimes we have to advance large sums so we would like to be reimbursed as soon as possible. But otherwise the service is very appreciable. People are very responsive to respond to emails and the support is very well done and caring

The reimbursement of my visit to the dentist (for a cavity to “plumb”) during a pvt in Australia was done really simply, online, by following the steps. The only slightly more “complicated” aspect concerns the photos of various documents, notably the plane ticket arriving in Australia. Fortunately I had kept my boarding pass, but I didn’t know I would need it! Otherwise, it’s really easy 🙂 The reimbursement took a few weeks to arrive (3 or 4 I think), but I did receive the confirmation emails and apart from waiting a little, I didn’t have to do anything more and the amount corresponded well to what I had paid.
