I am very satisfied with Globe PVT insurance, I was able to use it a few times during my PVT in Canada. I can say that the steps are very simple to make a refund, which was 100%, and the deadlines are very fast (I received my refund in 5 days !!). The exchanges are also very efficient and pleasant. I recommend to leave with peace of mind!
I took this insurance for my PVT and no regrets. Customer service is great and refunds are easy and fast.
A streptococcus knocked me out and forced me to go see a doctor so that he could prescribe antibiotics. I sent all the documents (photographed with my phone) and completed the online refund request form. My file was processed in one week and I was reimbursed in two weeks. Thank you PVT globe !!!!

Regarding your testimony on Globe PVT, it was also awaiting moderation because you have published the same several times.
That said, I hope you will find a solution with Sharone and we are really sorry if you are not satisfied with your insurance but know that we have been recommending them for almost 13 years and given the number of PVTists who subscribe to it each year, I can assure you that bad experiences are rare. A big thank you for your intervention with Mutuaide.
The costs have been reimbursed. Bravo and thank you Globe PVT!
I put a second opinion following the resolution of my reimbursement problem.
In two years of PVT in Quebec I had a lot of troubles: a fairly serious bicycle accident, and the death of a loved one.
In both cases PVT globe covered the costs.
The only two minuses (but really not significant) were:
1. that without Shanone’s intervention (which you can contact via the forum), the subcontractor in charge of assistance (Mutuaide), at first refused to reimburse me for part of the costs due. Fortunately Globe PVT (Shanone) intervened with them and resolved the situation quickly and then everything was very smooth.
2. that if you are reimbursed in a currency other than the euro, the transfer costs are your responsibility (which for expatriate insurance surprised me but we are talking about a few euros)
Very good service anyway. I recommend !

Regarding the transfer costs, in fact we pay on our side issue costs (at our expense) and there are indeed reception costs whose amount we do not know because it depends on the banks. These costs are your responsibility.
