I share my bad experience with the BNC, because yes there is.
First, I had pre-opened my account via the pvtiste offer, and I never received confirmation of an appointment on site. I had to fight all day to get one.
Then, once there, nobody was aware of this good plan, result it’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting for the 50 dollars, and nobody can confirm to me if I would have them one day or not.
It’s not over, by wanting to transfer my money from France to my Canadian account, the funds systematically return to my French account.
