Page-eService-IEC-tutorial

This page invites you to complete four different sections (“forms”) online. In the status column:

  • A green checkmark means the section was filled out. You can still review the information to make sure it’s correct.
  • An orange progress bar means you started filling out the section but haven’t finished.
  • A red sign means you haven’t started filling out the section yet.

You will see fields in grey throughout the section. These are fields populated with previously submitted information that you can’t change.

Take a moment to review the answers you provided. If the greyed out info is incorrect, you should delete your application and start a new one (sorry, eh!).

To start a new application, go back to your Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada account homepage. At the bottom of the page, you will see your current unsubmitted application. Click the yellow “Delete Profile” button to start a new application with the correct info. You won’t need to create a new Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada account, just a new profile.
