Most of the non-eligible postcodes where you can’t work to qualify for a second or third Working Holiday Visa are in urban areas around Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane. That leaves plenty of areas where you can find specified work in the required sectors (we will discuss that in the next chapter).
