One online refund during my Working Holiday Visa, quick and efficient, good experience

For us, it’s a real disappointment.
Reimbursement times are extremely long, when there is one at all.
The online claims tracking platform is anything but user-friendly.

And to top it all off, no reimbursement for birth control pills… So, ladies, plan ahead and stock up on two years’ worth of pills!

I’m currently waiting for reimbursement for an annual gynecological checkup (Pap smear).
I’ve been waiting for a response for a while now, and given their silence—after having paid 560 Canadian dollars—I’m almost certain that it won’t be reimbursed either.

I would like to thank Globe PVT for its responsiveness in handling my emergency dental care. As a working holiday visa holder in Canada, I was worried that if I became ill or otherwise, I wouldn’t be able to receive proper care, especially regarding reimbursement.

The treatment form with supporting documentation was easy to fill out, and the reimbursement was processed less than two weeks later.

Extremely simple

Pretty easy to use! Honestly, I’m nitpicking, I just find it cumbersome every time I have to give my personal information (name, address, telephone, passport, visa, and so on) when requesting a refund. But really, other than that, it’s great. They refund quickly and the request is easy to make. And I don’t find it expensive considering the expenses I have in Korea (without being super sick, no, the winter cold and the summer cough because of the air conditioning, etc. haha) well, honestly, I’m almost reimbursed already
