Every communication with Sandra was prompt, helpful and caring! The online refund was made in a short time and without constraints. Having had to return to France almost a year earlier than planned, we were also able to be reimbursed for the months of unused contributions. The management of our file was efficient. We are very satisfied!

Would it be possible to have access to an account / platform so as not to have to supply all the documents each time: the RIB, the plane ticket, the work permit, etc. I find the process quite redundant at each request. If it’s for security reasons, I understand. Otherwise, we should be able to alleviate this.

The process to get reimbursed was a bit tedious since I sent a detailed email to the insurance thinking I was doing well because it was several costs of -500 €, to which I was told that it was necessary that I make the approach on this site. I re wrote what was in the mail, then my request saved, I was asked to send an email to insurance. It took me a while to follow the instructions which I hadn’t heard of at the start but I really think they are very responsive. I was answered and reimbursed all of my costs quickly. In summary, I recommend this insurance.

I was reimbursed in good time, I did not have to wait too long. It’s reassuring.
