1st reimbursement – it was not clear from reading the documentation that the reimbursement request form was on the PVT site, I followed the instructions of the contract and sent an email – an automatic email redirected me to the form online.
The online form is simple and clear, but it would be nice to have this info directly and clearly written on the contract to avoid wasting time.

What would you change in the refund process?
More clarity on the amount received: the conversion rate at the time of repayment, and in the case of currencies other than the euro (in my case the pound sterling), the costs of possible conversions – this would make it possible to be sure that the reimbursement is complete.

Really simple procedure for invoices under $ 500 and reimbursement received very quickly.

I had an appendicitis attack a few days before the start of confinement, I had to go through a clinic and emergencies to finally be refused an operation because more bed because of the Covid. At first, PVT globe was really on “quotes” (for exams, for a possible operation …) but very quickly they understood my situation and especially the fact that the emergencies refused to make quotes. They did everything to simplify my life and the follow-up of the doctors and advisers for the construction of my file were excellent. It was very reassuring to speak to different French doctors who all showed patience and attention to me.

Following a request for a certificate of coverage for care related to covid, Sandra was very efficient, 24 hours after I received it in my mailbox
