Very good service but no communication between sending the file and reimbursement, validation of the start of processing the file would be good.

I find it unfortunate that despite being identified by an account, it is necessary to provide the same documents for each request: passport, plane tickets, PVT.
I find that the online process is otherwise very good.

The reimbursement process went well, but I was surprised not to be reimbursed for a boot that the podiatrist prescribed me, which represents a very large sum.

Hello, having a little girl and a change of life (climate, country, daycare adaptation), globe pvt has allowed us to be able to adapt without stress because small children are prone to get sick and no stress with the exorbitant costs of Canada.

The platform is instictive and I have not encountered any difficulty in making my reimbursement request. Each step is well detailed. I provided the requested documents even if I did not have the entire list (pharmacy ticket supported by my mutual), I received a confirmation email and with an estimated processing time of one week and indeed after a few working days I received my refund. The amount did not correspond to the exact amount but I understand that the exchange rate could have an impact, I did not expect it, but I will know it for the next time!

I liked the follow-up of the doctors, their listening, their availability, their advice and taking seriously.
