Very efficient and fast!

Via the platform, it is easy to make your reimbursement request. It is a bit redundant to complete personal data each time but it is for our security therefore after having gathered all the documents once, it is just a habit to take. The only small negative point would be the processing times posted at the end of the procedure which are not realistic in my case. But besides that, it’s good service.

Very good customer service. Fast support.
On the other hand, certain requested supporting documents such as the invoices for the drugs purchased are unfortunately not taken into account.

The reimbursement request is simple and quick if the file is complete. An adviser answered my questions concerning certain specific points of the insurance (reimbursement of dental costs, reimbursement periods) in a quick and very clear manner.

I regret that descaling is not included in dental reimbursements, especially in my case where I have taken out insurance for two years. I think that the reimbursement for a subscription of more than one year, could be beneficial in particular in order to avoid certain more serious dental problems during the duration of the PVT.

Apart from some confusion about my last reimbursement (Two invoices sent at the same time), the service is efficient, I am answered by email very quickly (big big plus for your company knowing that I had various health concerns) and the deadlines of reimbursement – except once – are properly kept.

The support and ease of communication are excellent. However for the filling of the form there may be an improvement of the questions asked to do (sorry I do not remember). I know that many times I did not know what to answer. Otherwise it’s very good!
