In the middle of the Covid crisis, I had an infection that I had to treat with antibiotics. A few days after my reimbursement request, I was reimbursed for the consultation and the medication. The process is rather quick and easy, thank you!

I am on contraceptive pills and I find it a shame that it does not take into account in their contract. Because I need it to be regulated every month and it is a necessary treatment which unfortunately will not reimburse. Dissatisfied on this point!

Doctors’ reports are not always given or spoken orally. But we are asked to justify it which is not always possible even with the doctor’s bill. I find it a shame not to be reimbursed the doctor’s fees just for that!

My refund request was only processed after reminder. Once the reminder is made, the refund was processed immediately

I went twice to consultations in the hospital, drugs were prescribed to me. I sent all the invoices and everything was refunded without any worries and very quickly!
