Globe PVT is very easy to use for the request as for the reimbursement of the remaining unused months (I had to contact a member of the Globe PVT team on the pvtistes platform who answered me quickly and clearly).

Very satisfied. So far the refunds have been very fair (as indicated in our contracts). The only complaint: no reimbursement of pregnancy and childbirth costs. No surprise, this is specified in the contract, but I just find it a shame.
It would be practical for the information to be recorded, once we have made a first request for reimbursement (obliged to find the number of the insured and the passport each time).
Some situations do not always fit into the few categories offered.

The registration process is simple, to proceed with a refund request it is also rather easy and fast. I would also have liked to be able to be reimbursed more for medical expenses, for example at the dentist.

It would be simpler if instead of the document to be completed by the doctor there is an approach that does not ask the doctor to perform this additional task, which takes time, sometimes the doctor does not want to do it or asks to be paid in addition.
