What if I made a mistake and need to amend my application before the Invitation to Apply?
Notice a mistake in your profile after submitting it to the pool? Unfortunately, you can’t update it anymore at this stage. You have to withdraw your profile and submit a new one with the correct info.
I already submitted my International Experience Canada (IEC) profile. Can I update it?
No, you cannot update your profile after you have submitted it. If your situation has changed and this affects your eligibility, you should withdraw your profile and submit a new one. This will not affect your chances of being invited to apply again if you submit your new profile before the next round of invitations for your country of citizenship.
Find out how to withdraw your profile.
To withdraw your profile, log into your Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada account and click “Withdraw Profile.” You will be able to create a new profile right away.
