The costs have been reimbursed. Bravo and thank you Globe PVT!

I put a second opinion following the resolution of my reimbursement problem.
In two years of PVT in Quebec I had a lot of troubles: a fairly serious bicycle accident, and the death of a loved one.
In both cases PVT globe covered the costs.
The only two minuses (but really not significant) were:
1. that without Shanone’s intervention (which you can contact via the forum), the subcontractor in charge of assistance (Mutuaide), at first refused to reimburse me for part of the costs due. Fortunately Globe PVT (Shanone) intervened with them and resolved the situation quickly and then everything was very smooth.
2. that if you are reimbursed in a currency other than the euro, the transfer costs are your responsibility (which for expatriate insurance surprised me but we are talking about a few euros)

Very good service anyway. I recommend !

I wanted to thank Sandra-Globe PVT of Globe PVT for advising me by answering my questions well in relation to my situation.
