For my Hong Kong PVT I took Globe PVT and I am very happy with it. Because after 8 months, I suddenly got sick like a dog in the middle of January, the biggest humidity peak in Hong Kong. Bronchitis, otitis, sinusitis. All of a sudden. 1 month of treatment, and very expensive drugs.
In short in 15 days I was fully reimbursed.

I took this insurance for my PVT Japan, although the rates are increased … 40 € increase compared to 2014, it hurts a little, but hey …

I testify without having called upon the services but simply to underline the seriousness of Sharon’s assistance in the prompt and precise answer to all my questions. Really the response time is very good! Almost instant sometimes! 🙂
And above all Globe PVT reimbursed our insurance (spouse, child and me) with an early return to France of several months !!

Good morning all,

I also take two minutes to testify to the effectiveness of the Globe PVT team:

Last year I purchased Globe PVT insurance for my 2014 PVT (which ends tomorrow). Fortunately for me, I did not need to use it during my stay, so I cannot testify concerning reimbursements for care, etc …

However, as I am waiting for my LI for the PVT 2015 (yes, I know, I am really lucky!), I changed my status from “PVTiste” to “Visitor” status at the Lacolle border crossing so I can stay in Canada while waiting for the precious letter … And at the last moment, I remember that my insurance ends at the same time as my PVT 2014 and that within a few days I will no longer be covered in case of accident !!

So I send a private message to Sandra and Sharone to explain the situation to them and I cross my fingers because it is Saturday evening, it is the weekend and I may not have their answer in time …

However, on Sunday morning, I received two messages:
– One from Sharone who tells me that Sandra answered me and that she remains at my disposal if necessary …
– One from Sandra who answers all my questions and gives me all the links so that I can properly renew my insurance.

I thank them both and I subscribe to my new Globe PVT insurance in the process … But by the wrong link !! (ok, I’m lucky, but I’m also clumsy!)

As a result, I subscribe to bad insurance (Globe PVT instead of Globe PVT) … I could never have noticed and have worries to get reimbursed in case of accident during my status as visitor, but fortunately Sandra did her job perfectly: When she saw on her database that I had made a mistake, she sent me a message to warn me and gave me the right link. She also gave me the necessary information so that I can be reimbursed for the bad contract …

Today, I therefore subscribe to the right insurance and I send a message to Sandra with the information requested for reimbursement. In the following minutes, she confirms to me that everything is good and that she sent my request for reimbursement of the bad contract to her colleague.

Two minutes later, I receive an email from the famous colleague who confirms that the reimbursement is in progress!

In short, even if I cannot testify on the care management (and I hope for myself that I would never have to do it), I can at least testify to the fact that the Globe PVT team is great efficient, honest and responsive!

I am convinced that certain other insurances only respond to messages three weeks later (when it is too late) or only by telephone (not practical when we are abroad) or do not warn in the event of an error (like that , no reimbursement of care in the event of an accident) …

In any case, it is really reassuring, when you are 5600 km from home, to be assured by people who answer your questions in less than 24 hours, even on weekends, and who really make sure that you are protected for the duration of your stay (which is still the basis for insurance!)

That’s why I say “Thank you Globe PVT!”

To make short … Simple, fast and effective. I took this insurance in Australia Pvt … Then for my 8 months of travel and now for my PVT Canada …? 100% satisfied !!!

I broke my arm last winter because of a patch of ice … I thought it only happened to others 🙁
Hospital fees = $ 3,000 fully covered by Globe PVT (phew!)
