Very happy with the Globe PVT service. Online reimbursement that simplifies life and is very fast.
I will recommend to other PVTists.

Small area for improvement: keep the documents thanks to our online identifier to avoid having to send them on each request (copy of passport, RIB / IBAN, etc …), it would be great!

A little long time between the request and the reimbursement but easy procedure. I had already attached all the documents and I had to send back my proof of payment twice. I have a second procedure in progress for a large amount, I will see the speed;)

Despite a second request for an attachment already sent during the first request, the procedure was quick and efficient so I recommend.

The repayment steps are not clear, which causes delays. No major problems, however.

I was the victim of a dental fracture which was taken care of as explained in the Globe PVT contract … Once the fees paid, it was enough to send a photo / scan of the invoice and I received the refund quickly. As it took several consultations to resolve the problem, I am reassured for the following invoices.
