I had to go to the dentist urgently. I immediately filled out the reimbursement form and 2 weeks later I was reimbursed.

It is appreciated that the repayment steps are simple and easy when you are sick. It’s one less stress.
The documents to be provided for reimbursement are standard (passport, invoices, prescriptions, etc.) and therefore easy to give.
And the speed of repayment is great.

I first called the ACS globe PVT platform to inform of my future consultation with the dentist.
Petit couac, the person I had badly noted my email address so, after two weeks without news I called again.
I immediately received the email indicating the docs to provide, and where to send them, to the ACS postal address in Paris, and the email [email protected].
It was by sending my docs to this email address, that I was told that it would be safer and faster to process this via pvtistes.net.
Once on pvtiste.net I easily followed the indicated procedure.

Still new to Globe PVT so it’s a bit early to get an idea. Used only once as part of a health reimbursement, reimbursement was made quickly. The only problem was the loss of money during repayment apparently due to fluctuations in the exchange rate, damage. The contacts are reactive.

Quick refund, and documents easy to provide thanks to the application.

I appreciate the fluidity of the process, we are a family of 4, with 2 small children.
We each have Globe PVT insurance and everything goes perfectly.
After sending supporting documents, the reimbursement period is approximately 8 days.

Globe PVT is responsive and responds to emails when questions are asked about the costs paid or not paid by the organization, depending on the case. By providing all the requested proofs, reimbursement is made within 2 weeks maximum for amounts of less than 500 euros since the file can be sent digitally. There are still small costs, I did not have large hospital costs, but in any case, I am very satisfied with the reimbursement request process which is very very fast and efficient.
