Easy and rather quick to be reimbursed. The agent’s response was quick too.
The only problem is that in the certificate, it was marked to contact by email to request a refund, but ultimately you had to fill out the online form.

So usually I do not take too much head to testify because I assume that everyone’s experience … but hey, I still have to admit that ACS assists the pvtistes is still the one to help out great people like us not too rich

I started with them, in 2015 for a pvt new zelande … then, I traveled several countries … going around the world (throws always assured by ACS) I have traveled several countries and I arrived in Canada for a pvt in 2017 … i am still with them! In short, long story with them … I must admit that since all this time I did a lot of economy because insurance expensive but ACS are quite reasonable.

My partner and I had already taken Globe PVT for our first WHV and we naturally opted for Globe during the second. We never had any concerns about refunds and bank transfers are always in line with the market exchange rate.

ps: I had a bug in the calendar of dates of the reimbursement form during my last request. I do not know if it is resolved. Outside of that, RAS

Relatively quick refunds and no need to provide further details. Satisfied with the service offered.

Suggestion: If it was just possible to remember the information from one reimbursement request to another it would be even better 🙂

I was wrong at first and I sent an email to request a refund, I was sent a link on pvtistes.net. So I filled out the online form and I was reimbursed very quickly! Perfect thank you 🙂
