Very simple procedure, however, I regret having to reload all personal information during each reimbursement request.

In fact personal information is not kept for security and confidentiality reasons as indicated on the online form 🙂
The process is quite simple but it was easier before integration with players. My refunds were faster when I just had to send an email to Globe PVT.
The new system is longer and more complicated than before.
It was stipulated on the contract (signed in 2018) that reimbursements were made by email, then I learned that the files must be sent via the pvtistes site. A small update should be made, unless the change has occurred during the year 2018.
I was delighted to see that the online form was easy to access and was able to easily fill it out. The refund process was just as fast, I am satisfied with the service. I will recommend Globe PVT to other people making PVT!

By filling out the online form, my request was taken care of and the reimbursement reached my parents (they have an address in France so it’s easier). Everything went very simply in the world.
I was sick and went to the doctor who diagnosed me with sinusitis. I paid $ 150 for consultation + $ 66 for antibiotics. I filled out the online form and attached all the supporting documents the next day. I had an answer a few days later than my file was complete. Then the reimbursement arrived 15 days after my visit to the doctor
