I was hospitalized urgently for an appendicitis operation. The management of payment and reimbursement of care were very efficient and quick, I am very satisfied with the service provided by Globe PVT.

I broke my finger playing football in Australia, I went to see a doctor and was treated at the hospital. Perfect support. Only small flat and except error on my part, I do not have the impression to have been informed that the mode of sending of the documents to request a refund had changed (before it was by email, now directly on your site. ). So I sent my documents like last year to the ACS email address to finally receive an email asking me to do the same on your platform. I lost a day or two because of this. Depending on the situation, this can be more or less impacting.
