I broke my finger playing football in Australia, I went to see a doctor and was treated at the hospital. I filled out the form online, and I received an email asking me to write a handwritten letter to summarize the accident. Following this, I was reimbursed within a period of a good week. The form is rather clear. It may be simplifiable, though.

The refund request is very simple and the response time is quick.
A document was missing that my doctor did not send me, but the Globe PVT team did not hold it against me and just warned me that I should ask my doctor for this document during my next consultation.

Perfect support. Only small flat and except error on my part, I do not have the impression to have been informed that the mode of sending of the documents to request a refund had changed (before it was by email, now directly on your site. ). So I sent my documents like last year to the ACS email address to finally receive an email asking me to do the same on your platform. I lost a day or two because of this. Depending on the situation, this can be more or less impacting.
