The process over the internet for amounts to be reimbursed below € 500 is very practical. This facilitates exchanges while being abroad and the processing times are very correct. It is pleasant to receive emails afterwards for additional documents by being able to suggest adjustments to our file.

The form is rather clear. It may be simplifiable, though.
