Our Toronto Hub is looking for aJunior Account Manager ; This is your opportunity to join aworldwide consulting company that specializes in Project management.
Not your typical sales job: inthis position, you will be coached to manage your own business and fuel ourgrowth in Canada: you will create and grow your own portfolio of clients,recruit and groom your own team of consultants and be accountable for your ownprofit center.

Your next challenge

Your goal is to develop and expand our business and your networkwhile fostering relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants acrossdifferent industries.
Account Managers are accountable for the main 3 drivers of our business model:

- BusinessDevelopment: to meet our ambitious targets, you will identifygrowth opportunities within your business unit, nurture a funnel of strongrelationships with key prospects to position our Project Management servicesand deliver a unique value proposition to our clients. To be successful, youwill be highly resilient and disciplined to maintain a high volume of activityand cold calling.

- Management and Recruitment:Our consultants are at the core of our success. Partner with Talent AcquisitionManagers to interview and hire the right candidates to support and develop yourHub’s consultant team. Then, as a manager and leader of your team, you createan environment of support, training and coaching to empower your team to reachtheir personal career goals by executing the projects of our customers.

- ProfitCenter Management: Ensure project success in partnership withyour consultants, Team Leaders, and customers alike. Manage revenue growth andprofitability objectives of your business unit, while guaranteeing customersatisfaction.


Who are you?

You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or inBusiness, with 2-5 years of experience in either sales or engineering fields.

You have a keen interest in various industrial sectors and theirchallenges. You have an eye for gap identification and confidently seizeopportunities to interject ideas. Ideally, you have already had the opportunityto discover Project Management over the course of your past experiences.
You also have experience in the Toronto industrial market and knowit well.

You are business-minded and results-oriented. Your success in thisposition relies on your self-discipline, consistency, and your desire to leadand unite multidisciplinary teams. Your ability to be resilient and build andmaintain impactful relationships internally and with clients is critical toyour success.
