Your role is to manage network & security infrastructure on customers behalf.
It implies to qualify and design according to customer requirements, but also build and validate the technical solution.
You will be responsible for the planning, execution, validation and documentation of your assigned projects.
The role also involves operations abilities to handle day to day environment lifecycle in collaboration with operations teams. These tasks refer to incidents and changes management, upgrade and documentation of current network.


(1) Manage & Lead Network & Security projects (Design, build, planification, integration, support)
(2) Communicate and present IT projects to higher management (meeting, presentation, documentation, reporting)
(3) Manage IT partners activities on behalf of our customers such as Service Providers, vendors and manufacturers if needed
(4) Participate in daily network & security operations
(5) Document network and security infrastructure evolutions (technical diagram, design document, action plan, test plan etc.)


3 years’ experience minimum in a fast-paced environment performing design, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent network level
• Strong desire to improve your skills & knowledge
• Ability to scope & plan projects
• Experience in managing and deploying Security/Firewall technologies
• Knowledge of business practices and a proven track of exceeding customer expectations
• Operations experience and ITIL processes background desired
• Great interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented & White-gloves service
• Self-driven, Execute with minimal direction
• Ability to guide and mentor associates
