What You Will Do



Based in Hong Kong, the Recruitment Specialist will be working closely with global hiring managers to identify talent requirements, developing new channels and meet ambitious hiring goals.


Your Responsibilities


  • Work closely with the International Talent Acquisition team to identify talents for QIMA in global offices: Asia, Europe and Americas.
  • Ensure a full pipeline of candidates through the publication of roles, both internally and externally, and ensure a smooth process for all managers and candidates;
  • Identify new sourcing channels to support of the various pipelines and talent needs across the company;
  • Actively drive all sourcing channels, including employee referrals, optimization of vendors, campus and Universities hiring, etc;
  • Help to drive the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including emphasis on the ability of assessment skills to help evaluating candidates to ensure the best fit;
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding of new comers and follow-up with them regularly on their career development needs.
  • Maintain the HR system database: registration of new employees, internal mobility, exit process.
  • Administrative support: manage the employment contracts and work closely with our Admin Department on working visa applications process.




Your profile



To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree holder in Human Resources, Labour Law or Business Administration.
  • A first successful experience in a generalist HR or Recruitment function (either internship or full-time job).
  • Have an approachable personal style and effective problem analysis skills;
  • A high motivation to achieve high targets and handle pressure in a fast-paced working environment;
  • Excellent command of English. Any additional language would be a plus.
