On a eu un souci avec l'upload de ta photo qui n'a pas marché. Essayes-tu depuis un téléphone ou ton ordinateur ? Peux-tu ré-essayer, en cliquant sur la petite icône d'image d'un arbre pour uploader ta photo ?

Dans les mails qu'ils m'ont envoyé voici ce qui est écrit.
Cela veut dire que je doit juste répondre par OUI ou par NON aux questions?
Et si c'est ça, comment dois-je mi prendre ?

Cool, j'arrive à les lire mais il n'y a pas une page encore en dessous ?
Car là, c'est juste les conditions que tu as normalement signées en soumettant ta demande, donc je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils te redemanderaient QUE ÇA.

Est-ce que tu aurais le reste de ton interface ? Car c'est plus le reste qui m'importe.

Je pensais imprimer la liste de questions qu'ils m'ont envoyé, répondre par oui ou par non, scanner et leur envoyer via Immiacount ... Tu en penses quoi?

Je voudrais que tu ailleurs sur la page de ton compte (au niveau de My application) et que tu me montres la page d'accueil. Voici par exemple ce que l'on voit quand on arrive sur mon propre compte :



Peux-tu me montrer ce qu'il y a justement à cet endroit.

Donc, ce que je ferais si j'étais toi, dans ton cas, j'imprimerais ce papier où l'on te demande de répondre OUI ou Non, puis le signer.
Ensuite, tu vas le leur renvoyer...

Dans la partie "Update details", est-ce que tu aurais une option particulière pour soumettre ce document ? Si c'est le cas, tu peux leur soumettre de cette façon.

Autrement, et si tu n'as aucune option, tu peux envisager de les contacter via ce lien : Working Holiday Maker Application Enquiry Form

Tu les contactes en anglais en leur expliquant que tu as reçu une demande d'informations supplémentaires, mais que tu ne sais pas comment soumettre le document PDF complété qu'il t'a été demandé, en mettant par exemple le titre du-dit document.

Tiens moi au courant.

Alors j'ai imprimer le papier, jai repondu par OUI ou NON et je l'ai signé.
Ensuite je l'ai scanner et mis sur Immiacount dans les documents attachés.

Maintenant sur mon compte il est écrit " evaluation complementaire"

J'ai supprimé l'un des visuels où on voyait tes informations perso .
Further assessment, ça veut dire qu'ils étudient les documents que tu leur as envoyé, donc oui, je te dirais de patienter maintenant.
