2. Term: This position is fulltime, 40 hours per week, and will ideally commence on September 1st, 2010 and will terminate on March 1st, 2012 or with your authorized status or as per the term of this agreement.
7. Termination of Employment: Your employment and this agreement may be terminated as follows:
a. The Company may in its discretion terminate your employment during your initial 3 month probation period, without notice or pay in lieu thereof.
b. You may terminate your employment by providing the Company with at least 2 weeks advance notice in writing.
c. The Company may terminate your employment at any time, without notice or pay in lieu thereof, for just cause.
d. The Company may terminate your employment at its sole discretion for any reason, without cause, upon providing you with advance notice in writing or, at the Company’s option, the equivalent payment in lieu of notice, as required by the Employment Standards Act, 2000, plus, that amount of severance pay, if any, as required by the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
