On July 23, IRCC made changes to the International Experience Canada webform. As a result, applicants may experience an error message at the time of submitting their application. The error message will indicate the following:



Some information seems to be missing in your application. Review your form and make sure that you have filled in or chosen an answer for each field, and that the answer is in the correct format. For example, there should not be numbers in a text field.

If you continue to receive this error message, you should review the FAQs in the Help Centre. If your issue is not answered there, submit your issue through the Report a Technical Issue button at the top right of the screen.
