[VAN] The best places for foodies !

Hey fellas!

I moved to Vancouver 10 days ago and I'm currently exploring the city. I'm still looking for nice places for foodies!
I'm not interested in eating fancy French food, I would prefer to try something different from my native country such as the typical American breakfast (pancakes + eggs + bacon...).
Do you have any suggestion?

Moreover, I have been several times to Quebec and I admit I would kill for a yummy poutine
Do you know where I can get the best damn poutine from Vancouver?

Any help would be welcome
