Thank you for your prompt reply, we appreciate and sorry for our late reply
due to the very busy recruiting period (our time is first available for
registered candidates and for Recruiters we are dealing with).
Sorry Sir but we won't be able to activate your resume to our many
US/Canadian Corporate clients without the payment of the small Registration
    fee.
We are not selling you a job Sir but an efficient and procative placement
    services, this is different!
In the past, we have search and found several interesting Positions for
some overseas candidates who never came: we have wasted our time searching
for nothing and we do not want to it again.
We are getting our placement commission from Employers ONLY WHEN we place a
candidate with them and we don't want to waste our time searching if we
think that our chances are very small.
Our guarantee: we will refund the small cover fees after the activation
period if no position is offered (excepted if the candidate refuse a valid
    job offer).
We are a Canadian Recruiting Firm based in Montreal (Partners in Toronto,
Vancouver, Boston, Chicago and in New-York city) and we are in HR field
    since 1990.
It takes local employment practice knowledge, contacts, persistence and a
lot of work to find suitable positions in Marketing/Management fields.
We will send your Resume thru Fax (with our Company references) to our many
Corporate Clients and other Recruiters and it cost us more than the small
administrative fees we are asking for (Job search fees, Advertising
    fees,.....).
We want to place you quickly because most of our placement fees are covered
by Recruiters each time we place a candidate with them (but less than our
    competitors).
Note that the interview will be conducted by employers (on the phone for
the first one) and all informations about the salary and the
accommodation/travel expenses should be discussed during the interview.
If you are still interested by our proactive placements services, please,
hurry because many Companies we are dealing with are now hiring in
Marketing, Management and Export/International business area.
Please, send us a Resume again with the small Registration fee (75 Euro
only with a Visa card/Mastercard/American Express, French check or Western
    Union).
A fast and Secure method of payment is with a Visa card/Mastercard/AMEX
thru Email ([email protected] and to [email protected]) or thru
Fax: (450) 656 7116 (both methods are Very Secure): all we need are:
    # The Card Number:.....................
    # the Expiration Dates: Month and Year.
    # the Cardholder's Name: Mr or Ms......................
We will deleted these informations immediately after the payment same day).
If you want to use Western Union/Moneygram services, send us the cover fee
in order to: Mrs Catherine Tran, Account Manager (same address as the
company), to any Western Union/Moneygram Offices in Montreal, Canada (Date
    of payment/Transfer number are required).
You can also send us the fee by Electronic Transfer to our Business Bank
(Important: it will cost you 88 Euro due to bank fee for us here): ROYAL

    PREVIOUS CORRESPONDENCE:

    Dear Mr Hamond,
as I apply to dozen of positions you will understand that I could not
afford to spend more than my time to searching for a good job.
Moreover I've applied for an available position, so if it's still available
and if I match your client's criteria I'm going to spend about more than
1000 $ to travel in America and housing during a couples of days, meeting
the employer and paying for your services if it's as serious as description.

Thank you for really considering this as a reply to your last email.
    Yours.
