C'est moi qui t'ai répondu au salon du PVT. Comme tu le dis pour la question du travail de barman les réponses ne sont pas claires, on a les deux sons de cloches (très classique en Corée) car difficile de comprendre leur définition.

La demande se fait par courrier, mais il faut être sur le sol français, car tu leur envoies ton passeport et pour le temps Le KVAC dit entre 2 semaines et 1 mois et demi 2 mois en haute période.

Regarding work regulation, generally speaking, the main purpose of this working holiday (H-1) visa is primarily to have a holiday for an extended period of time and engage in short-term non professional employment in Korea as an incidental aspect of your stay. The number of working hours is maximum of 25 hours/ week. Please find the details below. Here are some guideline you may refer from Korea Immigration Service by Ministry of Justice.
Generally, working holiday (H-1) visa holder may work
upto 25 hours/week. (Allowed working period may differ by nationality)
Ineligible Applicants
Those who meet the following criteria are
not eligible for H-1 Working Holiday visa.
- An applicant whose main purpose for coming to Korea is not to travel, but solely to seek employment.
- An applicant who wants to work as a receptionist, dancer, singer, musician, acrobat, at an adult entertainment establishment.
- An applicant who wants to get a professional job which requires certain qualifications (doctor, lawyer, professor, pilot, foreign language instructor, teacher, tutor etc.)
- An applicant who wants to engage in journalism or political activities which are not suitable for the purpose of the agreement.
Working at a bar would not be recommended due to the regulation from the Ministry of Justice (Korea Immigration Service) as follows.
취업제한 직종 중 일부 (발췌)
• 식품위생법 제36조 및 동법시행령 제21조제8호 등에서 규정하고 있는 단란주점영업, 유흥주점영업
• 풍속영업의 규제에 관한 법률 제2조 및 동법시행령 제2조 등에서규정하고 있는 풍속영업 중 선량한 풍속에 반하는 영업
- 식품위생법 시행령 제21조제8호 다목에 따른 단란주점영업 및 같 은 호 라목에 따른 유흥주점영업
